Check-in and check-out:
Check-in: You can check-in from 2pm on the scheduled date of arrival.
Check-out: Check-out time is noon.
Working ours: We do have 24/7 reception. No curfew policy.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Payment: Upon Arrival.
Payment Types: Cash preferably in EUR or USD, Iranian Rials. Note that generally International credit cards do not work in Iran, so bring enough cash.
Cancellation Policy: 24h before arrival.
Admission:
General: Passport Required with a valid Iranian Visa
Smoking: Kermanshah Oak Hostel is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking in our rooms and buildings is forbidden. However, we do have designated smoking areas in our outdoor garden.
Special Requests: Please check with reservation team if you have any special requirements.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
